Chhattisgarh Politics: The dispute between Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and TS Singh Deo seems to be getting resolved. Both the leaders held a meeting with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and former President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday (June 28). After this, the party announced the appointment of TS Singh Deo as the deputy CM of the state. Assembly elections are going to be held in Chhattisgarh by the end of this year. 

What did TS Singh Deo say?
Talking to news agency ANI, TS Singh Devi thanked Kharge for becoming Deputy CM and said, “I always understood that the people of Chhattisgarh Adopted and gave affection. Congress gave a chance to work. Everyone has to be taken along. We have to try that whatever we have to do in a limited time, we can do it together.”

What did the Congress say?
Chhattisgarh Congress in-charge Kumari Selja also said that we will contest the elections together. Top Congress leaders on Wednesday discussed the party’s strategy and election preparations in Chhattisgarh. The meeting, held at the party headquarters in New Delhi, was attended by Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel besides state in-charge Kumari Selja and organization general secretary KC Venugopal. 

Kharge had tweeted before the meeting that Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh, this is not just a slogan for us, it is a goal for Chhattisgarh’s progress and social justice. His unwavering faith in the people of Chhattisgarh and the Congress party will continue to propel the continuous stream of development forward. He said that we will work together and will continue to bring change in the lives of the people of Chhattisgarh. 

What was discussed?
According to the news agency PTI, after the meeting, Baghel said that there was an important discussion about the changes coming in the lives of the people from the model of Nava Chhattisgarh and the upcoming assembly elections. . They said we are ready. 

PTI quoted sources as saying that everyone agreed to work in unison and felt that this solidarity was more visible in Chhattisgarh than anywhere else. 

What did you say on BJP?
Kumari Selja told after the meeting that Kharge told the party leaders that the constitution is paramount for us.  He said that BJP has no agenda other than religious issues. They do negative politics in the name of religion and caste, but our agenda is to work and unite people and we have our own ideology. We will work accordingly.

Let us tell you that since the party came to power in the state in 2018, differences between Singh Deo and CM Bhupesh Baghel have come to the fore many times.
